Interim Management

If you need an extra pair of hands, our interim managers provide professional executive support and are able to take on a complete programme of work, usually on a full time basis for three, six or nine months.


We can provide you with an Interim Manager to lead an existing team, or alternatively, to build a team to achieve a defined programme of work, within an agreed budget and timescale.

Typical assignments include:

  General management, where a commercial or operational turnaround is required

  Development or restructuring of a marketing or sales team

  The launch of a new product (or service)

  Growth of sales through a dedicated business development manager

  Improvement of quality assurance and customer satisfaction

A work schedule, together with a programme plan is always agreed, allowing the client and the Interim  Manager to direct and adjust the work to meet changing business requirements. A monthly report on progress is always provided.
