Interim Management

If you need an extra pair of hands, our interim managers provide professional executive support and are able to take on a complete programme of work, usually on a full time basis for three, six or nine months.


We can provide you with an Interim Manager to lead an existing team, or alternatively, to build a team to achieve a defined programme of work, within an agreed budget and timescale.

Typical assignments include:

  General management, where a commercial or operational turnaround is required

  Development or restructuring of a marketing or sales team

  The launch of a new product (or service)

  Growth of sales through a dedicated business development manager

  Improvement of quality assurance and customer satisfaction

A work schedule, together with a programme plan is always agreed, allowing the client and the Interim  Manager to direct and adjust the work to meet changing business requirements. Progress reports will be provided to suit the client.
